On 22 March from 12–15 three families around Sweden will open the doors to their 50 sqm houses from Sommarnöjen. Welcome to visit!
Interest in Sommarnöjen and the new building permit rules is high. Visit a house from Sommarnöjen to get a clear sense of what 50 sqm actually means. Experience the architecture, the layouts and meet the owners who will be on site to answer questions and tell about their own houses and the path to having them built.rnThe new building permit rules mean that you now have greater freedom to create more space on your plot, whether you have a country property outside a detailed plan or a plot in a planned area. Classic 50 on Ingarö
When Pierre's and Ann-Mari's children had children of their own, they were missing a guest house so there would be room for everyone. The main house on the plot is notched-log, quite dark with leaded windows. Pierre's and Ann-Mari's requirement was that the guest house should be the exact opposite, with large glass surfaces and bright inside – while still fitting into the countryside. The choice finally fell on the architectural style Classic, which was tarred black-brown and received a sliding glass section with individually designed wiener bars.
