It depends on the type of house you want to build and what applies to your property. Smaller homes can often be built within permitted development, while larger houses require a building permit. We review your property and confirm what you can actually do before you proceed.

All our houses are delivered as a turnkey solution, with a kitchen, bathroom and fitted interiors determined by your chosen model. The house is manufactured in our factory and delivered as a complete building to your plot.

The cost varies depending on the conditions of the plot and local contractors. You will receive clear drawings and documentation so you can obtain quotes in advance. You only place an order once you have a clear picture of the total project cost.

We start by reviewing the plot, the regulations and how the house will be used. We then choose a model and adapt it to the site. All decisions are brought together in a clear quote with a fixed price. The house is manufactured in our factory and delivered as a complete unit.

When an agreement is signed, you will receive a fixed delivery time. Because the house is completed indoors, the process is less dependent on the weather and more predictable than with a traditional build.

The price covers a fully assembled house, including transport within Sweden and a crane lift on site. The groundwork, foundations and connections are not normally included, but can be handled within the Complete Service option.

Yes, if the house fits within permitted development  and meets the requirements on size, height and placement. The rules are affected by the detailed development plan, shoreline protection and other local regulations. We can help you assess what applies to your property.

Planning-exempt house is the overarching term, covering the entire permitted development on a plot.

An Attefall house is usually the largest building within this area, while a  Friggebod typically refers to smaller homes of around 15 sqm.

Yes. Our houses are designed for the Nordic climate and built to function all year round, with materials and solutions that can withstand weather, moisture and temperature variations.

You will receive a fixed price for the house and clear documentation for the other elements. You only place an order once all the conditions have been reviewed. If you prefer, there is also the option of our Complete Service with Fixed Price for the entire project.

You pay nothing. The agreement is conditional on the building permit and other necessary permissions being granted.

Yes. Transport within Sweden and a crane lift on site are included. The house is delivered as a completed building.

Yes. Our homes are often used as a guest houses, for multi-generational living or for rental. They are fully equipped and designed for year-round use.

Yes. Our houses are based on carefully developed models whose size, floor plan and details can be adapted. In some cases we will also develop entirely bespoke solutions.

You can choose between Essential Service, Complete Service or Complete Service with Fixed Price. The difference lies in how much of the project we are responsible for and how the groundwork costs are handled.

All the elements are completed in a controlled environment before delivery. This results in high quality, a short on-site construction time and a more predictable process, unaffected by weather.
