Sustainable materials that last
We build in honest natural materials that are both sustainable and a delight to live with – solid wood from Nordic tree species, porcelain tiles that echo the colours of the Swedish landscape, and facades treated with distemper, linseed oil paint or wood tar. This ensures that the houses can withstand changing climates and be renovated many times over. They are only ever going to become more beautiful with age.
Every detail is carefully selected for its contribution to the thoughtful overall design, and the joinery is crafted with precision and care. We choose not to use plastics, PVC windows and synthetics, for a healthy indoor climate.

Tidlös
Stylish architecture inspired by the attractive barns of northern Sweden.
With their soft lines, considered proportions and distinctive apex roofs, the houses fit comfortably into any landscape. Large picture windows not only provide expansive views, but also bring nature close and allow natural light to flood in. The interior boasts light and space, as the rooms are open to the roof. All complete houses up to 50 square metres have a loft with space for extra beds, and larger houses can have a loft added as an option.
Klassisk
For those who are building in sensitive environments or dreaming of a romantic farmhouse.
Apex roofs with pronounced eaves and windows with genuine duplex glazing bars conjure thoughts of older houses in the Swedish countryside. And despite the classic feel, you get all the comforts of a modern house. The full-height ceilings and large windows welcome in nature and light.
Complete houses up to 50 square metres have a loft with space for extra beds, while larger models can have a loft added as an option.
Modern
A soft Nordic minimalism informs the elegant, low-key architecture, which allows the houses to merge into the landscape. Low-profile monopitch roofs, large panoramic windows and a light and open interior bring you close to nature.
Our slender models of 30–70 square metres have angled gables that form a sheltered deck with pergola. The wider and larger models are available in the Pavilion design – inspired by the Modernist Case Study houses of America, with their gently floating, glazed rooms and flat roofs with generous eaves.
