Our houses are built indoors in a dry and controlled environment, which cuts the need for transport, saves time and guarantees a superb level of precision. Experienced craftsmen work efficiently and meticulously in a safe working environment, with each step closely inspected by two people. The result is flawless houses with perfect detailing.
Complete house – from factory to site
We deliver turnkey houses directly to your property, on schedule, at any time of year. The houses are manufactured in modular volumes and delivered fully finished and winterproofed, with your chosen interior. They are complete homes, ready to move into, with the kitchen, bathroom, fixtures, fittings and windows all in place.
Stands firm in all weathers
The design is adapted to withstand transport and lifting. The houses sit on a rigid steel grid that in turn supports a solid timber frame. Slender beams allow for large windows with minimal frames and maximum transparency. Underneath the house, galvanised sheet steel protects against both moisture and pests. We use recycled mineral wool for the insulation, ensuring a healthy indoor climate and good energy efficiency. These are houses you can rely on – year after year.
Beautiful and honest materials
We select natural materials in generous dimensions so they can be refreshed again and again or left to gain a beautiful patina with age, with the top-grade dried timber sourced from proven suppliers. The facades and joinery are built to withstand both everyday wear and year-round use. The wooden floorboards are treated with hardwax oil to create a durable, comfortable surface that is easy to maintain, and solid doors deliver weight, stability and longevity.
Exclusive handcrafted joinery
All the interior fittings are made from scratch in our own joinery workshop – from the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom furniture and wardrobes. We use high-quality Nordic woods with a vivid grain, while the precise crafting gives clean lines, with no visible joins, mouldings or cover plates. The surfaces are treated with natural oils and pigments that offer protection and easy maintenance. The interior will age with the same dignity as the house around it – an investment in lasting beauty.
