That is why our architects have created a series of floor plans with a different feel – all designed to make the most of the light, the view and every square metre. The starting point is always about closeness to nature. We should always be adapting the house to the site – not the other way around.
Our floor plans come in several sizes and can easily be adjusted to suit your needs. They balance open spaces and private rooms to provide contexts for both socialising and calming separation.
You choose a floor plan that suits both you and the site. We then adjust it to the unique conditions of the location and your own wishes.
Light and functional floor plans
Berg
Slender, elongated houses with rooms beautifully lined up in a row. In the open-plan living room and kitchen, daylight floods in from large windows along both the long and short side. The more enclosed rear section provides privacy while also creating a cosy and comfortable environment. This is a house with clean lines, generous light and a natural division between the social and more private spaces.
Berg is available in models ranging from 30 to 70 sqm.
Glänta
This floor plan offers an airy living room, flanked by two separate, more private areas. In the living room, large windows embrace the landscape on two opposite sides, creating a stunning sight line through the house. The windowless gable ends ensure privacy and accommodate the bedrooms, bathroom and entrance hall. Light and functional houses with a clear separation between the social and more private areas.
Glänta is available in models ranging from 15 to 120 sqm.
Hav
This design creates a strong contrast between the open front section and the more closed rear. The living room along the entire glazed long side is surrounded by windows on three sides, providing a flood of light and endless panoramic views. The bedrooms and bathroom are tucked away along the back of the house for maximum privacy. The result is a house with dramatic views and clear zoning.

Äng
Two offset volumes create a dynamic floor plan. The living room in the front section of the house has large windows that provide light and views in four directions. The rear volume contains the bedrooms, bathroom and entrance hall in a more private part of the house. The placement of the buildings creates natural outdoor spaces between them. This design harmoniously combines openness and privacy.

Sjö
A floor plan with a clear division between the social spaces and the more private rooms. The open-plan living room and kitchen at one end opens up onto the landscape with wide windows on three sides. At the other end, the entrance hall, bathroom and bedrooms form a more private zone. This is a house with a strong connection to nature and a thoughtful room layout.

Duo
Flexible angled houses that can be adapted to the shape and location of the site. In the main section, the living room embraces the view through generously proportioned windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are then located in one or two wings. Connected by glazed passageways, the volumes come together to form a sheltered courtyard. This architecture suits both open and more challenging plots.
