In 2021 we delivered over 100 houses, 20% more than the year before. To meet the increased demand we are strengthening our organization with an additional project manager, Claes Kjellberg!
Claes most recently comes from a position as a site manager at a company specializing in conversions and renovations of older residential properties and offices. ”I have followed Sommarnöjen for many years – it has always been the benchmark when houses have been discussed. It would be a dream to one day have my own house from Sommarnöjen.” says Claes.
Previously, Claes worked as a carpenter, doing everything from foundation work and erecting timber houses to furniture carpentry, and has also drawn and planned new kitchen construction. ”I have a love affair with beautiful buildings and well-thought-out details. When I saw that Sommarnöjen were looking for a project manager I dropped everything and applied immediately!” continues Claes.
Claes joins us with extensive experience of running complex projects. That he also has a bachelor's degree in computer and systems science says something about his sense for structure and process.
