Today we launch a spatial textile collection!

Together with the craftswoman Lovisa Heinius, we have created a textile collection inspired by our houses and large glass panels. Created to filter light, frame the view and create a sense of space.

Sommarnöjen x Studio Lovisa Heinius

Our houses have large panes of glass that often require more than standard-sized curtains. Therefore we reached out to the craftswoman Lovisa Heinius with the assignment to create something that borders between art and curtains.

Lovisa Heinius is inspired by the Korean patchwork technique pojagi, where fabric scraps and mixed leftover materials are sewn together to create larger textile works.

Many of the pieces have multiple functions. For example, the wall hangings work just as well as privacy screens in front of a window as they do as a decorative piece on the wall. The collection is in natural tones – sky blue, gold-green, limestone white and granite black.
