The Sjö collection gains more space

The LAKE floor plan fits narrower plots with a front-facing view. The windows in the living room offer views in three directions. Therefore the LAKE also suits plots where the best view is in one direction and the best sun exposure in another. The bathroom and bedrooms are located in the rear part of the house.

We have updated LAKE and accentuated the long, narrow form for improved proportions. The new proportions also provide larger shared spaces. Narrower modules also make delivery easier when the road to the plot is narrow. LAKE is available in sizes 50 to 120 sqm.
