Spring feelings in show houses in Skåne

Spring has already made its entrance in our show house at Kostallet Design outside Helsingborg. New furnishings from Hays' latest collection give a preview of brighter times.

As in all our houses, the interior is built from natural materials in our carpentry workshop. The kitchen and bathroom maintain the same quality as in our larger models. The Stack shelf from G.A.D enhances the feeling of genuine craftsmanship.

The houses in our classic collection blend into sensitive environments and among traditional buildings, as at Kostallet. At the same time they have all the features needed for comfortable living.

Our complete accessory dwelling houses of 30 sqm are available with several smart floor plans and are solidly built, like all Sommarnöjen. The houses meet all requirements that are imposed if they are to be used as permanent residences. With their own kitchen, bathroom and sleeping loft they work for rental or as guest houses.
