Sommarnöjen in Norge

Sommarnöjens houses are now available not only throughout Sverige but also in Norge. The family, who normally live on the Swedish west coast, have recently had their house delivered to the Norwegian mountains. The house is beautifully situated in one of Oslos nearest alpine areas. There is untouched nature where they like to hike in the autumn.rnThe family has its roots in Norge and now the dream of having their own hytte has become a reality. They now look forward to winter – to ski during the days and socialize with family and friends in the evenings.rnThe classic Norwegian hytte is a wooden or log house in dark tones, but the Swedish–Norwegian family prefers the lighter Swedish architectural style. They were looking for something more modern, with a lot of natural light and natural materials that harmonize with the Norwegian mountain environment. They therefore chose Tidlös Sommar 90, adapted to the Norwegian mountains.rn”On 90 square metres we have room for two bedrooms and two sleeping lofts. Perfect when we are two families who want to live in the house at the same time. We also chose a larger house because during the winter we spend more time indoors when we are not out skiing and then we want more space to socialize” they say.rnTo comply with Norwegian standards regarding snow load and insulation, the roof beams were reinforced and additional insulation was added. Such large glazed surfaces are often not permitted in the Norwegian mountains, so the house has been fitted with sliding lattices in front of the windows.rn”We are very pleased with the architect's competence and efforts. She immediately understood what we like and found very good and tasteful solutions. The house has a very high quality and finish, something that exceeded our expectations.”rnThis autumn sommarnojen.no will be launched, along with an entirely new house collection, Winter.
