Nominated for an award
It is becoming increasingly common for our houses to become permanent residences, this one for a family returning home after a few years abroad.
This genuine wooden house is constructed from a Tidlös Sommar 90 and a Tidlös Sommar 50 which, together with a specially designed entrance, have become a house perfectly adapted to the site. The residence consists of an airy social area facing the water and the view and a more private sleeping wing towards the interior of the plot.
The house was delivered in finished modules that were lowered into place by a mobile crane, without damaging the surrounding nature.
We are proud to announce that this home is one of ten nominated buildings for Nacka kommun's urban planning award.
