See the acclaimed exhibition house

A few intense days at Hem, Villa & Bostadsrätt at Stockholmsmässan are now over. Many thanks to everyone who came and visited us!

During the fair we received hundreds of questions about everything from insulation to foundations and delivery times. Here are quick answers to the three most common:

1. Sommarnöjens hus is lifted into place and delivered turnkey. You get a single point of contact for the project. This means we can take care of everything from the municipality to site contractors, up until you put the key in the lock. You can do as much or as little as you want.

2. When you buy a house from us you get a fixed, reliable price for the whole. An individual quote is prepared, with costs down to the smallest door handle included. On our website we are completely transparent and you can see clear prices for fully assembled houses.

3. All our houses work for both winter and summer, despite our name. The houses have solid insulation and our characteristic glazed sections consist of triple-layer tempered energy glass.

Inside, the show house at the fair consisted of our new interior style RÅ. In RÅ the walls, ceiling and floors are all covered with oiled birch plywood, a trend weve seen increasingly over the past decade.

Also consistent are the black accents. Light switches, sockets, radiators, window frames and handles recur as black details throughout the house. The bathroom tiles are an industrial gray color and the bathroom is modernly equipped with underfloor heating.

If you didnt have the opportunity to visit the fair but are interested in seeing the house in real life? This week the house is being lifted to Nybygget near Arlanda. Everyone who is curious is welcome there to explore the house further, feel the materials and ask us questions.  We are on site on site Wednesdays 14-19 as well as Saturdays and Sundays 11-16.
