Next summer you can offer twelve new and comfortable sleeping places for family and friends. All you need is a permit-free guest house of 30 sqm from Sommarnöjen. Four bedrooms and double sleeping lofts, and as beautiful inside as out.

In August the permitted size for Attefall houses is increased from 25 to 30 sqm, even for houses that do not meet the requirements for complementary dwelling houses. Therefore it is finally possible to build 30 sqm houses with the features you yourself want and need – with or without a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

In September we will launch a wide range of beautiful and functional guest houses and sauna houses of 30 sqm.

With our new guest houses your visitors get their own private house to stay overnight in. Do you need two extra bedrooms, or perhaps three or even four? A comfortable guest house with a bathroom? A sauna house with a relaxation room and bathing? Your own studio? Our new and larger Attefall houses give you the opportunity to get exactly what you want and that fits your plot.
