Over the past year we have analyzed all our house models based on function, form, sustainability and the experiences of all previous customers. In total, this involves 87 completely new or further developed house models.

New Äng – The interconnected twins

The Äng collection has a shape beyond the ordinary with two different — but connected — house volumes. The front volume has open, social spaces and a full-glazed façade while the rear volume is the house's private part with practical functions. With this solution, the houses gain 360-degree views from the living room and two wind-sheltered terraces.

From 2023, Äng in timeless design has been given a double gable roof which gives the house a neat yet exciting appearance. Internally we have reviewed both the bathrooms and the kitchen layout to create better flow and improved work surfaces in the larger houses. Äng is available in timeless, classic and modern designs in sizes 60-120 square meters.

New Classic – Our contemporary classic

Sommarnöjens houses have always been characterized by large uninterrupted sliding glass sections, up to six meters wide. This gives an unbeatable feeling where the boundary between inside and outside is blurred. At the same time, many want a classic look for their house to fit into the surroundings.

From 2023 our classic sliding glass sections will also be available. These have been given their own design where we have included our genuine wiener glazing bars with a square structure. The new models have also received significantly longer roof overhangs which give more character and extend the house both internally and externally. Rustic form with modern function, simply.

New Glänta – Maximize the view and minimize overlooking

The Glänta collection is created for anyone who wants unobstructed views and contact with nature from the social areas but avoid overlooking from the neighbors.

From 2023, Glänta is also available in sizes 70, 80, 100 and 120. The houses are characterized by an exciting sightline straight through the living room and end walls that protect from overlooking.

New Ren – The city dweller in the countryside

A life in the countryside does not have to mean rough-planked walls and rustic interiors. Our newly updated interior style Ren is the exact opposite. Minimalist with a curated sense of luxury using clean materials and an airy feel. The interior style features a lighter wall tone, updated fittings, a stainless-steel kitchen and a bathroom with a modern, urban feel.
