We celebrate our new identity and our updated house range by offering our Totalansvar service. An offer for those who dream of owning their own house in the countryside and want a secure and straightforward way to get there.

Creating your own place in the countryside should be something to look forward to. But the road there can involve more work than you first thought. Contacts with the municipality, transports, site work and coordination of contractors are seldom part of the dream.

With Totalansvar we take care of your entire house project, from building permits and site work to a turnkey house. We handle applications and permits, procure and coordinate contractors and are responsible for site and foundation work and the connections for electricity, water and sewage.

You save time, money and worries, with Sommarnöjen responsible for the entire project for ten years.

A lovely house to show off

The offer applies when you become a reference customer with us. This means that we may show your finished house to others who are dreaming about owning a house, at a few scheduled viewings during the first three years.

As a thank you we offer Totalansvar, a service that normally costs between SEK 60,000 and SEK 330,000 depending on the size of the house.

The offer applies to new customers who sign a contract between 1 November and 15 December 2026 and requires that the house is made available as a reference house.
