Now even bigger Sommarnöjen

Now we welcome our largest houses Sommar 140. We have seen a growing demand for larger houses and have therefore created an additional size. With 140 sqm the house offers function and comfort whether you use it as a second home or as a permanent residence.

Sommar 140 has airy social spaces, a spacious kitchen with dining area, two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and plenty of storage space. With a sleeping loft there is room for lots of overnight guests.

Choose between two exciting different layouts – Hav, which positions the long side toward the view, and Sjö, which orients the gable toward the view.
