Same fixed price across Sweden

We always have transparent prices and our prices always refer to finished houses. But to minimize unexpected costs we now also include trailer transport to addresses across Sweden and the mobile crane that lifts the house into place in our fixed base price.

New Totalansvar Fixed Price – No surprises!

One concern that some customers have experienced is costs that are difficult to get clear answers about in advance, such as groundworks, electrical connections and client/developer costs. We are therefore launching the Totalansvar Fixed Price service, which means that you get a fixed price for your entire project before we get started. In addition to a turnkey house and transports, groundwork, foundation installation and electrical connections as well as client/developer costs are also included.
