New show house in Skåne

At Lindåkers farm outside Helsingborg you will find one of Skåne's hidden gems, Kostallet Design.

In the old cowshed, with its large panoramic windows overlooking the fields and preserved roof trusses, the owners have created a shop with a carefully chosen range of furniture and interiors.

For this setting we have now also designed an Attefallshus in the new size of 30 sq m.

In its classic design the house blends into the sensitive environment and the traditional buildings. At the same time it has all the modern features needed for comfortable living.

The house meets all requirements for use as a permanent residence. With its own kitchen, bathroom and sleeping loft, it works for rental or as a guest house.

Our collection of complete accessory dwelling houses of 30 sq m is available with several smart floorplans and is solidly built, like all Sommarnöjen.

As in all our houses, the interior is entirely of natural materials. The kitchen and bathroom maintain the same quality as in our larger houses. Kostallet Design has furnished the house with the autumn novelties from the shop.
