Is your Sommarnöje empty for parts of the year? Do you sometimes think about renting it out, preferably to reliable people? On our website we have several thousand loyal visitors daily with a common dream – their own summer house.

We started renting out our own show house in Norrtälje to customers who wanted to try living in one of our houses but quickly discovered that interest was strong in other parts of the country as well, especially ahead of summer and major holidays. We know that several of our previous customers sometimes rent out their houses. We would like to gather these as a service for our visitors who have not yet had the opportunity to acquire their own sommarnöje.
