Sommarnöjen has created a house together with the Gotland-based furniture manufacturer G.A.D. The house was shown on Gotland this summer.  Now that the summer season is over, an opportunity opens to buy this unique 30 sqm house with immediate delivery.

The house is a supplementary dwelling that complies with the new rules for Attefallshus which are expected to take effect in spring 2020.

The house is built from solid natural materials. The form is based on a traditional Gotland barn and is so discreet that it fits into any environment. The house's gables are covered with timber cladding while the long sides are open and let light pass straight through the living room. The exterior is monochrome – the wooden walls and wooden roof are treated with Falu red wood tar and the specially designed sliding glass units give an industrial feel.
