Premiere for our new show house on Gotland!

Demand for Sommarnöjen is high on Gotland and we have already built about thirty houses on the island. To better meet customers and get more people to experience our houses, we are now pleased to invite you to a show house in scenic Ardre.

Ljugarn on Gotland's east side has been known since the turn of the last century as an elegant seaside resort. Several of that era's major sommarnöjen line Strandvägen and in 1930 there were no fewer than five seaside guesthouses in Ljugarn. It feels especially nice to be able to present a contemporary sommarnöje alongside the older ones.

In scenic Ardre, just outside Ljugarn, you'll find our 50 square meter Sommar with architectural style Tidlös and floor plan Berg. Fifty square meters may sound small, but with its efficient layout the house contains a lot. A large, bright living room with a kitchen that can be opened up so it connects with the deck outside. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a loft for overnight guests.

The show house has interior style Calm with light natural materials and fine details. It is furnished by Frida Ramstedt, who is behind Sweden's largest interior design blog, Trendenser, with furniture from Gotlandic, G.A.D. Like our houses, G.A.D.'s furniture is of the highest quality, handmade in solid natural materials.
