Yngsjö: 414 – Tidlös Sommar 80 with floor plan Äng
Picturesque, Croatian holiday village or the coast at home in Sweden? Malin and Finn had for a long time difficulty deciding where to create their holiday home. Then the pandemic came and made the choice easy. On top of that they got not only a holiday cottage, they got a second home. Read the feature 'It's not a cottage'

Yngsjö: 441 – Modern Sommar 90 + Tidlös Sommar 40
In the pine forest there is this Modern Sommar 90 with extra roof overhang. The house has interior style Lugn. Just next to it the family has built a Tidlös Sommar 40 that goes under the name Annexet. This one with interior style Ren.

Yngsjö: 298 – Tidlös Sommar 60 with floor plan Berg
Sommar 60 is a well-proportioned house where form and function go hand in hand. It offers an unexpectedly spacious social area with plenty of room for cooking. Complete bathroom, hallway, parents' bedroom and children's bedroom with extra sleeping places in the loft.
With architectural style Tidlös, the house has a harmonious architecture that stands the test of time. A cleanly shaped gable roof without overhangs and uninterrupted sliding glass sections give it a clear character and a close connection to nature.
The house in Yngsjö has floor plan Berg and interior style Rå. The house is painted in Black slamfärg from Faluröd färg with a bitumen membrane on the roof.

Yngsjö: 414 – Modern Sommar 100 + Attefallshus
The house is dominated by its impressive social room and has a complete kitchen with dining area, bathroom and separate guest toilet, three bedrooms and plenty of storage. On the plot there is also an Attefallshus.
The house in Yngsjö is a Modern Sommar 90 with layout Hav and interior style Calm. Since 2023 this model has been replaced by the Modern Sommar 100. The house is treated with Tjärvitriol from Auson.
The Attefallshus also has a Modern design and is equipped with a kitchen and bath. Layout Wide with bedroom and interior style Calm.

Yngsjö: 397– Narrow Attefallshus
Our accessory dwelling houses of 30 sqm are available with eight smart layouts. You can have your house wide or narrow, oriented towards the front or the gable and with or without a separate bedroom.
In Yngsjö you will be able to experience a Tidlöst Attefallshus with kitchen and bath and layout Narrow with bedroom. Interior style Varm.
