Would you like to experience the new size of the 30 sqm Attefallshus in real life? Welcome to visit our new show home at the house exhibition Nybygget outside Arlanda.

The house has a timeless design with a folded roof in heartwood pine and accommodates a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two (!) sleeping lofts. The gabled roof without eaves and the uninterrupted sliding glass panels give clear character and views in several directions. The model is called Tidlöst Komplementbostadshus and the floor plan is our narrower variant with a bedroom. Read more about the model here.

The house can be used as a guesthouse in the countryside but also meets requirements such as accessibility that are set for permanent housing. Our complementary dwelling houses are created to maximize space and function based on the new regulations. They are created as real and usable homes – with architecture, material quality and interior design that suit permanent dwellings.

In this floor plan up to five people can sleep and look after themselves with their own kitchen and bathroom. As in all Sommarnöjens houses, the interior is consistently in natural materials and all details maintain the same high quality as in our larger houses. The interior style is inspired by Ren but has a slightly darker tone on the walls. Dark floorboards meet beautifully gray smooth walls and woodwork. Kitchen and bathroom are in elegant dove-gray tones.
