Many people want to experience the feeling in our Attefallshus and now we can finally invite you to our new, smaller show house in Roslagen. Sunday April 24 we have a premiere viewing and both salespeople and architects will be on hand to answer questions.

The Attefallshuset is a complete accessory dwelling unit of 30 sqm. The execution is timeless and both the facades and the roof cladding in heart pine are treated with black tar paint. The interior features our latest interior, Varm, with solid spruce on the floors, walls and ceiling. In the bathroom, light wood meets anthracite-grey granite ceramic tiles and the dark tones recur in the kitchen and joinery.

The house is designed to provide maximum space, light and easy functionality. It includes a living room with kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a loft with additional sleeping places. It is not surprising that the floor plan, Bred med sov, is our most popular in attefallshus. Read more about the model here.

Even our smallest houses are designed to function as real homes, where architecture, build quality, choice of materials and interior interact. They meet all requirements for permanent residence but also work perfectly as a compact holiday home or guest house in the countryside.

You will find our new house next to our larger show house in the rural village of Ortala, just outside Norrtälje. The address is Jerk Matts väg 37, Väddö. A show host is on site every Sunday 12-15.
