Today, June 24 at 11:30, State Secretary Johan Davidson will be a guest at our Almedalsarrangemang for a conversation about the new building permit rules and what they mean for the future of construction.

During 2025 several changes to the building permit rules came into force, with the goal of making it easier to build. At the same time, the new rules have raised many questions among private individuals, municipalities, and industry actors. What do the changes mean in practice? Has it become easier to build new? And what consequences will the regulatory framework have for the housing of the future?

We look forward to an open and rewarding conversation with Johan Davidson where these questions are in focus.
