Come and meet us in Almedalen!

Between June 22 and 26 you can find us in the midst of the Almedalen hustle and bustle in Visby – in a house built for something completely different than meetings, seminars and packed calendars. A house built for leisurely days, rest and time together.

During the week we look forward to many conversations about architecture, holiday homes and the construction of the future. The new building permit rules that came into force in 2025 have created both opportunities and questions for anyone considering building new. Therefore we also invite discussions about what the changes can mean in practice. But above all we hope you will drop by to experience a house from Sommarnöjen up close.

A first glimpse of the new Modern Berg 50

The house we are showing is our brand new Modern Berg 50 – one of many new releases launching in autumn 2026. A house built for calm days in the countryside, with careful material choices and plenty of room for rest. With views from every room and an integrated terrace under a pergola, the house is designed to let nature be a part of everyday life.

The house is furnished with Gotlandic quality craftsmanship

Sommarnöjen and G.A.D share a belief that what is made with care, in sustainable materials and with respect for the craft, gains greater value over time.

Now that we are visiting Gotland it therefore feels extra fun to furnish the house together with G.A.D – a company that for a long time has created furniture with the same view on quality, simplicity and long-term thinking that we ourselves strive for in our houses.
