The guesthouse in Österlen

In southeastern Skåne in the small village of Glimminge our colleague and viewing host, Anna, has built a guesthouse next to her home.

The guesthouse is an Original Attefall house of 30 sqm. In Original execution the house has a calm and well-considered architecture that reaches beyond today's fashion. Clear form and views in several directions thanks to a sharply pitched gable roof and uninterrupted sliding glass sections. The house is treated in black tar paint and has a folded roof in heartwood pine.

Our accessory dwelling houses of 30 sqm with loft are available with eight smart floor plans. You can have your house wide or narrow, oriented toward the front or the gable and with or without a separate bedroom.

As in all Sommarnöjens houses the interior is consistently in natural materials, the kitchen is custom-built and the bathroom elegant. Naturally all requirements placed on accessory dwelling houses under the new legislation are met.

We put a lot of work into creating harmonious interiors where materials, surface treatments and colors interact.

The guesthouse in Österlen has the interior style, Rå, with honest natural materials. Oiled birch plywood on walls, joinery and kitchen. The insides of windows and doors are treated in iron oxide black and the small details are in the same black tone. The bathroom has a contemporary expression and granite ceramics with a concrete feel.
