Sommar 60 is a well-proportioned house where form and function go hand in hand. Here there is an unexpectedly spacious social area with plenty of room for cooking with a kitchen island. Complete bathroom, hallway, a larger bedroom with plenty of storage and a desk as well as a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The sleeping loft also accommodates overnight guests.

Adjacent to the house there is a 15 sqm sauna house with a relaxation area and fantastic views over sheep pastures and water.
