We deliver modular houses throughout Sweden and now also to our Nordic neighboring countries.

Our holiday homes and attefallshus are lifted into place with a mobile crane

Our modular houses are built indoors in our factory and delivered to you with all interior fittings completely finished. The smaller houses and some models up to 50 sqm are delivered fully finished and lifted into place with a mobile crane. Larger houses arrive as two to six fully furnished volume modules that we assemble on site. This means that the size and external dimensions of the modules — and the possibilities to deliver them — vary between different houses.

We take responsibility for ensuring that our houses can be delivered

The first thing that happens after you have signed a contract with us is that we — with the help of our local transport partners — investigate and confirm that the house you have chosen can be transported and lifted to the location you want. Often this is quick, but if the road is narrow, the lift far, or sea transport is required some extra work may be needed from us. If it turns out that delivery is not possible you pay nothing and the contract is cancelled.

How long lifts are possible?

The basic rule for being able to deliver modular houses is that the distance between your desired building site and the location where a mobile crane can lift from is 50 meters or less. At this distance it is possible to lift smaller modules of 15 sqm. Modules of 20–30 sqm can usually be lifted 25–30 meters while modules of 40–50 sqm can be lifted 15–20 meters.

The road to the house

For a mobile crane to reach the lifting location, a road that is 310 cm wide is required. If the road is over 250 cm wide, the house can be reloaded onto a crane truck that requires less width but can only lift 10–15 meters, depending on module size. Regardless of crane type, a clear transport width across the road that accommodates the width of the modules of the chosen house is required.

Delivery by sea transport

For waterfront plots, the modules can be transported by a workboat that also brings a suitable mobile crane. Even then it is possible to lift up to 50 meters from the center of the boat-mounted crane on the boat to the building site.

Can the modules be adapted?

If the road to the plot is too narrow or if the lifting distance is long for the chosen house's modules, it may still be possible to deliver a modular house. We then adapt the house's construction and build it in smaller and more modules than standard.
