Construction

Our modular-built houses are constructed with the same precision as our site-built houses. The difference is that we build the house in advance, in our factory.

That we manufacture your house indoors under perfect conditions shortens the process. In our factory there is neither rain nor moisture, which limits the environment's impact during the manufacturing process. All craftsmen collaborate and the quality control is meticulous.

Each house is supported by a massive timber structure that is reinforced with steel. That provides a very rigid building that withstands snow loads even way up north. And it means that the house can be delivered fully built, complete with interior fittings and a functioning kitchen and bathroom.

We insulate the house with recycled mineral wool instead of conventional. The subfloor is built in water-resistant board instead of ordinary particleboard. Under the house a galvanized steel plate protects against moisture and pests. These are details that give our houses long-term quality on a different level than other factory-built houses.

Inside, we use materials that are natural, durable and recyclable. In our houses you will find wood, granite ceramic and porcelain, not engineered floors, plasterboard walls and plastic details. The goal is that you should have a house where you can live in harmony with nature.
