Our houses are fully completed indoors at our facility. We order materials, saw, cut and assemble in one and the same place. Letting the different specialists – carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, sheet metal workers, roofers – work in the same place increases quality, reduces transport, and provides more efficient time for the work on your house.

We deliver houses at the agreed time, year-round, because they are built indoors in perfect conditions. During manufacturing we keep the materials and products that are part of your house dry and warm.

It also gives the craftsmen a safe working environment where they can work efficiently and carefully. Compared with sitting on a roof and hammering.

Each work operation is checked on two occasions and approved by two employees. That gives a level of quality beyond houses where parts of the work are carried out on site by different contractors.

Knock hard on the wall and listen to the silence inside! Electrical boxes, cabling and water pipes are carefully placed as well as integrated and fixed into the construction. We put extra working time into every wall to avoid rattling and long-term problems.

Our houses have uniquely wide sliding glass sections and large panoramic windows with minimal frames. That is possible thanks to our special steel-reinforced frame with slim lintel beams and load-bearing girders.

Our construction also creates extremely torsionally rigid houses that can be delivered as complete volumes with bathrooms, kitchens and joinery without risk of settling. The volumes are joined on site with millimeter precision using screw connections.

There is a difference between wood and wood. On the floor in our houses lie solid planks that can be sanded again and again. If you choose good materials the house lasts longer. It is not more complicated than that.

Our door leaves have a solid core instead of lightweight honeycomb cardboard. The own weight of the door leaves contributes a feeling of quality. They are placed in a massive double frame of strong birch plywood to be stable for many years. Common sliding doors are built with simple pocket frames and plasterboard.

The factory buys dried raw timber of the finest quality and saws up to the formats our architects have selected.

All our interior fittings from wardrobes to kitchens are handmade to order in our furniture factory.

For our furniture we use the finest qualities of wood. If you use the right timber and treat it with top-quality hard wax oil you get a long service life and easy maintenance. Beautiful and durable, we say.
