The Sommarnöje on the West Coast
In Lökeberg, on the road out towards Marstrand you'll find our permanent show house on the West Coast. Here you can experience an Original Sommar 80 with floor plan Hav and an Original Attefallshus with kitchen and bathroom and book meetings to plan your future house.
The house can be visited without appointment, but if you want to enter the house and meet us from Sommarnöjen it is best to sign up for one of our scheduled viewings.

We put a lot of work into creating harmonious interiors where materials, surface treatments and colors interact.
The large house in Lökeberg has our original interior, Lugn, with light and solid materials. White-waxed wooden floors, joinery and kitchens that give a summery feeling.
The house has three bedrooms and a large loft that quickly becomes the children's favorite. A lot of built-in storage makes it easy to live in the house.
Floor plan Hav has an unobstructed view through the front long side and half the short sides. The front part consists of an airy social space with room for both a kitchen and a seating area around the fireplace. The rear part of the house contains three bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway.
One of the two slightly smaller bedrooms has a built-in bed, in our own design, with storage in drawers underneath as well as a built-in desk with open shelves above.
Next to the main house there is an Original Attefallshus in a wide layout. The house houses a studio with skylights for extra light as well as a kitchen. There is also the staircase to the loft. The house also has a bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. Perfect for overnight guests and plenty of space to realise one's artistic dreams.
Our Original houses do not have a roof overhang in the standard design. But to show possibilities we have chosen to add roof overhangs to both the large house and the Attefallshuset.
