Sweden's first Attefjällshus – Now we are auctioning off our exclusive show house!
We have many Attefallshus in our collection and for Åre Höstmarknad 2023 we developed another – Attefjäll. The aim was to showcase 30 square meters optimized for life in the mountains.
Whether the house will be used as a complete home for the small family, for guests or rented out, everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. Now that the exhibition is finished we are auctioning off our exclusive show house.
Attefjäll is fully equipped with all Sommarnöjens options and more. The house's value including extras such as a custom-made wooden bed, storage unit and bench seat as well as all loose furnishings is 1 960 000 kr. The house exists only in this one example. Starting bid 1.400.000 kr.

On the exterior there is a ski storage and a built-in bench outside the entrance door, as well as a smart niche where you can choose to have firewood storage or another bench to face the spring sun. Inside you are met by a cozy wooden feel with solid spruce on the floor, walls and ceiling. The kitchen and joinery are in dark anthracite gray.
Our Attefjällshus consists of a bright living room with a complete, custom-made wooden kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Views in four directions with large windows in two of them. Built-in sofa with good storage that makes it possible for several people to live in a small area. Secluded sleeping alcove with space for a 160 cm wide bed.
The bathroom is small but feels luxurious with dark granite tiles, underfloor heating and a wall-hung toilet. In the hall there is space for a drying cabinet, washing machine and smart storage for both ski boots and jackets and helmets under the stairs up to the loft. The loft has space for a 160 cm wide mattress and a large window.

To create a really cozy interior we have used the help of Cecilia Theolin, who stands behind Theolin Interior Design and the shop TID a stone's throw from Åre torg. All interior in the house is included in the sale.
If you win the bidding we will survey the access road to your plot and ensure that a crane lift will work. After that we will help you with the building notification. If the transport cannot be carried out or the house cannot be placed on your plot, of course your purchase will be cancelled. Trailer transport to an address with road access within Sweden is included. Crane lift on site and groundwork are added to the price.
