45 minutes from Slussen with views over Kvarnsjön in Stavsnäs you will find our permanent show house in the Stockholm archipelago. On the rural plot we have placed a Modern lake 60 in the new Pavillon design, as well as an Original Guest Suite 30.

Modern 60 with floor plan Sjö

Sommar 60 is a well-proportioned holiday house where form and function go hand in hand. Here there is an unexpectedly spacious social area with plenty of room for cooking. A complete bathroom, entrance hall, master bedroom and children's bedroom make the house complete.

In a modern design Sommar 60 has discreet forms that fit into all kinds of nature. A low-pitched roof and large glazed surfaces with sliding glass panels give a clean, sleek impression.

The house has interior style Varm with walls and ceilings in planed spruce panel treated with white-pigmented hard wax oil. The floor is solid planed spruce tongue-and-groove treated with white-pigmented hard wax oil. A custom-built kitchen in solid wood treated with white-pigmented matte lacquer and doors and drawer fronts in matte anthracite grey.

Original Guest Suite 30

Our comfortable guest houses with a bathroom of 30 sqm are created to provide the highest comfort and an unforgettable experience for your guests.

The daylight and sightlines, the interior in natural materials, the elegant bathroom and the lovely sleeping loft maintain the same high quality as in our larger houses – but here they are adapted to the function of a guest house.

In a timeless execution the house has a calm architecture that reaches beyond today's fashions. Clear form and close contact with nature thanks to the sharp gabled roof without eaves and unbroken sliding glass panels.

Attefallshuset is furnished with our original interior, Calm, using light and solid materials. White-waxed wooden floors, joinery and kitchen give a summery feeling. Fine-sawn panels on interior walls and ceilings provide atmosphere. In the bathroom light wood meets granite ceramic in tones of limestone.

As in all Sommarnöjens houses the interior is consistently in natural materials, the kitchens are custom-built and the bathrooms elegant. We put a lot of work into creating harmonious interiors where materials, surface treatments and colours interact. This provides a good base that gains its own personality when the house is furnished and filled with people and memories.

We enlisted the help of interior designer Frida Thofelt to furnish the houses in Stockholm with a mix of carefully selected auction finds and new items, where each object is given space.
