Show home in scenic Ardre on Gotland
Demand for Sommarnöjen is high on Gotland and we have already built around thirty houses on the island. To more easily meet customers and let more people experience our houses, we are pleased to invite you to a show home in scenic Ardre.
Ljugarn, on Gotland's eastern side, has been known as an elegant seaside resort since the turn of the last century. Several of that era's large sommarnöjen stand along Strandvägen and in 1930 there were no fewer than five seaside boarding houses in Ljugarn. It feels especially enjoyable to be able to present a contemporary sommarnöje alongside the older ones.
In scenic Ardre, just outside Ljugarn you will find our 50-square-meter Sommar with architectural style Original and floor plan Berg.

It is decorated by Frida Ramstedt, who is behind Sweden's largest interior design blog, Trendenser, with furniture from Gotland-based G.A.D. Just like our houses, G.A.D.'s furniture is of the highest quality, handmade in solid natural materials.

50 square meters may sound small, but with its efficient layout the house contains a lot. A large, bright living room with a kitchen that can be opened up so it ties together with the terrace outside. Two bedrooms where one has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine as well as a loft for overnight guests.
