Modern Slim

Modern Slim premiered at Norrmalmstorg in the summer of 2024. After that the house was placed in Boarp, Båstad where visitors have been able to experience this smart, lovely house.

The show home is now sold and has been moved to a customer.

The Slim collection

In Slim we combine function with beautiful architecture and genuine materials where every single detail is carefully considered. Besides this floor plan there is Slim Guesthouse with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms but without a kitchen, as well as Slim Sauna House with a large sauna, relaxation room, shower and separate WC. It is also possible to choose a gable roof and a sleeping loft.

Interior style Varm

The house was designed by architect Anders Berensson in collaboration with us at Sommarnöjen. The interior style is our updated, Varm. The walls and ceiling have a solid planed spruce panel treated with white-pigmented hardwax oil. The floor has a solid planed spruce floorboard treated with white-pigmented hardwax oil. Joiner-built kitchen in solid wood treated with white-pigmented matte lacquer and doors and drawer fronts in matte anthracite gray. Interior windows and doors are of wood treated with transparent white-pigmented matte lacquer. In the bathroom light wood and granite ceramic meet.
